The masks are a way to increase our visibility with the public, as well as scare the teams who visit Ralph Wilson Stadium. Could you imagine The Ralph full of 70,000 screaming fans wearing Ball Burglar masks!? It effects the opposing teams mentality, and creates even better home field advantage. Besides, the Redskins have the guys who wear dresses, Oakland has the Barrel Man, the Jets have Fireman Ed, and the Bills should have the Ball Burglars!

The mask is only a half mask, which means is comes down below your eyes, but stops there, so you don't have to worry about breathing through any nose holes or mouth holes cut into the mask, it's all open below the eyes! Plus you can wear any kind of burglar mask that you want to.

Our vision is that by wearing the masks at the stadium, we will be intimidating to opponents, and get into their head. If you really are too shy to do wear the mask, well, then don't wear it. But when it becomes the cool thing to do, you'll wish you could say that you've been doing it since the beginning! Plus don't forget the reason we are doing this is to help children. When we wear our masks, we are stepping out in full support of the team as well as those sick kids and their families. I'm sure it will bless their little hearts to see burglars in the stands knowing that the burglars are supporting them!

Being a Ball Burglar doesn't mean that you have to attend games. One of our goals is to have 70,000 screaming Burglars at the Ralph to intimidate opponents. But the bounty will be there if you are in the stands or not, and our players will know it. You can have an impact from far away! And if you want, you can wear your mask wherever you watch the game.
